Tuesday Oct 05, 2021
Tuesday Oct 05, 2021
Denise Lee, the host of the Real Talk 238 podcast, talks about an area of ministry that may be considered a taboo topic. That topic is when those in ministry are hurting emotionally. People may often think of a pastor or pastor's wife, or a minister or a minister's wife not having a problem in the world. The truth of the matter is, those in ministry do have emotional hurts and do struggle. It is time that the conversation surrounding mental health and ministry be normalized. It is time to erase the stigma of it not being okay to reach out for help when a person involved in ministry is struggling emotionally.
